FAQs
- I have called the hotel to make a reservation and they don't know anything about our group. What should I do?
All hotels listed on the hotel sheet are holding a block of rooms under the group name of IDAT '99 for Arizona State University for the dates of February 25-28. If the reservationist appears unknowledgeable, ask him or her to please check again or speak to their supervisor. The reservationist may be a new employee and still unfamiliar with the groups booked.
- Your registration information states that at the Tempe Mission Palms hotel, there will be a $20 discount for the first 50 rooms reserved. How do I get that rate?
The first 50 people who reserve rooms at the Tempe Mission Palms will receive the special rate and the reservationist will advise you of the rate. After the first 50 people have made their reservations, the guest room rate will be $165 single/double per night. The hotel will mail you a confirmation which will confirm your reservation and rate. As of November 10, 1998, reservations are still available with the discounted rate, but book as soon as possible to avoid being shut out of this fantastic offer.
