Dear IDAT99 Conference Participant:

We are very pleased that you are planning to come and participate in an event that promises to be exciting and ground-breaking in many ways. Note that the registration package is full of important information, and we ask that you read through everything very carefully to make sure that you do not miss anything as you fill out the various forms. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the forms.

    Conference Registration Form

      Must be filled out completely, indicating whether you plan to attend the banquet luncheon on Saturday, and if you plan to stay in a dorm.

      Please note that the standard conference fee includes the following:

      • Daily Conference Events for Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning
      • Thursday Evening Opening Reception
      • Complementary Continental Breakfast every morning of conference
      • Friday Keynote Luncheon Banquet
      • Friday and Saturday Evening Performances

      Please observe that pre-conference workshops scheduled for February 25 are extra and are not included in the standard conference fee. Prices as listed on the registration form.

  • A Completed Registration Form
  • A Check made payable to the ASU Foundation/Dance and Technology
  • Filled out Event Selection Packet indicating preferred choices
