Hotel Accommodation

February is the height of tourist season in Arizona, so hotel rates are at their highest, and it can become difficult to find convenient accommodation. We have negotiated rates and reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels. These rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis, but all reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to the conference.

Please mention IDAT99 when making your reservations to receive conference rate.

A large portion of the conference will take place at the conference hotel, Tempe Mission Palms. This four star hotel is within easy walking distance of the ASU campus, where the other portion of the conference will occur.

The first 50 participants to register will receive an additional $20 per night discount over the conference rate.

The hotel is within walking distance to campus. Amenities include a free airport shuttle, pool, spa, fitness, bar, restaurant, and free continental breakfast for conference participants.

The hotel is located directly across from Arizona State University and is on the route of Tempe's Free Local Area Transit System (FLASH) which runs through downtown Tempe and around the perimeter of Arizona State University. The hotel is withing walking distance to campus. Amenities include free membership to the Student Recreation Complex, pool, IHOP restaurant, and a free ride to the airport.
